New Spring Menus Make Their Debut

Beginning Tuesday, April 9, Chef Fabrice and his team will be rolling out a brand new lunch menu in Julia’s Restaurant with enticing new dishes inspired by the bright and colorful ingredients and flavors of Spring.

Among the new items will be a Spicy Chickpea Salad with Cucumber, Tomato, Mint and
Sumac, Monterey Calamari with Squid Ink Risotto, Peas and Piquillo Peppers, and Braised Beef Ravioli with Pine Nuts, Chard, and Parmesan.
